Warranty
www.vienibasgatve.lv piedāvātajām The goods are provided with a 2-year warranty for a new bicycle or a 6-month warranty for a used bicycle.
The warranty is valid upon presentation of the warranty card.
The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects.
If the product experiences any of the following problems during the warranty period, please report it to us by writing to veikals@vienibasgatve.lv or by calling tel. no. +37128880123, deliver the product together with the warranty card to the store ''Velo Outlets'', Vienības gatvė 165 A, Riga. A bicycle service specialist will inspect the bicycle and determine the cause of the damage. Free warranty repair, during the warranty period, will be carried out if a manufacturing defect is detected, in other cases the repair costs must be covered by the buyer.
In the event of a paid repair, you will be informed of the repair costs before the repair work begins.
To avoid misunderstandings, please carefully read the product instructions.
WARRANTY TERMS:
The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage to the product: punctured tires, damaged rims, discs, broken derailleurs, worn brake parts - brake pads, broken cables, etc., bent derailleurs, broken spokes, stripped screw threads, scratches, visual defects, as well as other defects that have obviously arisen due to careless use of the product.
The warranty does not apply to the product's design elements and accessories (stickers, racks, baskets, etc. bicycle accessories).
The manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty repairs and warranty repairs may not be performed on products for which arbitrary disassembly/replacement of parts has been detected or repairs have been performed that are not noted in the bicycle passport/warranty card.
If the buyer cannot present a valid warranty card, the warranty obligations are void.
Warranty repairs do not apply to damage to the product caused by fires, floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
Instructions for use:
The bicycle must undergo regular (at least once a year) full maintenance at a specialized bicycle service. The maintenance must be recorded in the bicycle passport.
If the bicycle has been used in the rain, ridden in mud, or otherwise exposed to moisture and sand, all parts should be cleaned and treated with a special oil for bicycle parts immediately after use.
The bicycle should be stored in a dry place or treated with special products to prevent bicycle parts from being damaged by prolonged exposure to damp conditions.
The bicycle is not intended for extreme sports, MTB or other types of bicycle competitions organized on professionally arranged tracks.
It is prohibited to arbitrarily change, remove, or add spare parts to the bicycle.
For bicycles with derailleurs, gears may only be shifted one notch (speed) at a time, while pedaling; gears may not be shifted while the bicycle is stationary.
! After the repair work is completed, the bicycle is stored free of charge for a maximum of 3 full working days. For each additional day, a storage fee of 3.00eur/per calendar day is applied!
