General information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">1.1. The Gift Card is issued by <strong>Velo Outlets<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the Company).<br>1.2. The Gift Card is a means of payment intended only for payments in the Company's online store <strong>velooutlets.com<\/strong>.<br>1.3. The Gift Card does not have a nominal value of \"money\" and cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Purchase and use of a gift voucher<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">2.1. A gift card can be purchased online by choosing the desired amount.<br>2.2. Each gift card has a unique code that must be entered at the time of purchase.<br>2.3. A gift card can be used for multiple purchases until its balance reaches \u20ac0.<br>2.4. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference can be paid with any other available payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Period of validity<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">3.1. The validity period of the gift card is <strong> 12 months <\/strong>from the date of purchase.<br>3.2. After the expiry date, the gift card becomes invalid and the balance is not refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Return and exchange<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">4.1. The purchase of a gift card is non-refundable \u2013 the money for the purchased gift card is not refunded.<br>4.2. If the purchase was partly paid for with a gift card and partly with another payment method, the refunded amount is divided according to the original payment ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Electronic gift card delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">5.1. Digital gift cards are sent to the email address provided by the buyer after payment confirmation.<br>5.2. The company is not responsible for an incorrectly provided email address. If necessary, contact customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Loss or damage<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">6.1. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced with new ones.<br>6.2. If the customer allows someone else to use their gift card code, the Company is not responsible for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Other provisions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">7.1. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of gift cards, informing about it in advance on its website.<br>7.2.
