General information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 The Gift Card shall be issued <strong>Velo Outlets<\/strong> (\"the Company\").<br>1.2 Gift Card means a payment instrument intended for payment only in the Company's online shop <strong>velooutlets.com<\/strong>.<br>1.3 The Gift Card is not \u201ccash\u201d and cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Purchase and use of a gift voucher<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 You can purchase a gift voucher online by selecting your preferred amount.<br>2.2 Each gift card contains a unique code which must be entered at the time of purchase.<br>2.3 The Gift Card may be used for multiple purchases up to a balance of \u20ac0.<br>2.4 If the purchase amount exceeds the balance of the gift card, the difference may be paid by any other available payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Period of validity<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 The Gift Card shall be valid for<strong> 12 months <\/strong>from the date of purchase.<br>3.2 After the expiry date, the gift card becomes invalid and the balance is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Return and exchange<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 Purchase of a Gift Card is non-refundable - no refunds will be given.<br>4.2 If the purchase was partly paid for with a gift card and partly paid for with another payment method, the amount refunded will be split according to the original proportion of payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Electronic gift card delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 Digital gift vouchers are sent to the email address provided by the buyer after payment has been confirmed.<br>5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any incorrect email address. If necessary, please contact customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Loss or damage<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1 Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.<br>6.2 If the Customer allows someone else to use their Gift Card Code, the Company will not be liable for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
