This distance contract (hereinafter \u2013 the Contract) is concluded between the owner of the online shopping website www.velooutlets.com<\/a> SIA \u201cGJ Bikes\u201d, reg. No. 44103131383, legal address: Ventas iela 56, M\u0101rupe, LV-2167 (hereinafter \u2013 the Seller), and the buyer who has reached at least 14 years of age and places an order on the website www.velooutlets.com<\/a> (hereinafter \u2013 the Buyer). The Contract applies to all purchases and orders in the Velo Outlets e-shop. It does not apply to purchases in a physical store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.1. The Buyer orders, purchases and pays for, and the Seller delivers bicycles, accessories, spare parts and other goods (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) in accordance with this Agreement. 2.1. The prices of the goods are indicated in EUR including VAT. The price at the time of placing the order is final. 3.1. The product is considered to be suitable if it corresponds to the product description in the e-store. 4.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt. 5.1. If defects are found in the Product, the Buyer has the right to request repair, exchange or refund.1. General rules<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
1.2. The Buyer places an order by filling out the order form on the website and indicating correct personal and delivery data. In case of changes, the Buyer informs the Seller within 24 hours by writing to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv<\/a>.
1.3. Placing an order is considered an offer by the Buyer to conclude an Agreement for the purchase of a specific Product.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has carefully read and agrees to the terms of the Agreement.
1.5. The Agreement also applies to unregistered Buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n2. Purchase and delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
2.2. Payment can be made by payment cards or by bank transfer upon receipt of a prepayment invoice.
2.3. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified.
2.4. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the courier or parcel machine tariffs.
2.5. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer confirms its receipt with a signature or electronic confirmation.
2.6. Orders can be placed 24\/7; orders are completed on business days from 9:00\u201317:00.
2.7. Order execution is initiated upon receipt of payment. If a confirmation e-mail is not received, the order has not been accepted.
2.8. The estimated delivery time is indicated at the time of ordering and in the confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3. Product quality and liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
3.2. The visual appearance of the products may vary due to the peculiarities of device screens.
3.3. Technical information is attached to each product.
3.4. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality, he has the right to return the Product in accordance with the procedure specified in regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n4. Right of withdrawal and return of goods<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
4.2. After receiving the Product, the Buyer must check its quality and compliance with the order.
4.3. If the Product is assembled incorrectly, the Seller will exchange it free of charge.
4.4. The right of withdrawal is applicable if:
\u2013 The Product is not used and not damaged;
\u2013 The Product is in the original packaging;
\u2013 The Buyer fills out the withdrawal form and sends it to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv<\/a>;
\u2013 The Buyer covers the return costs, except in cases where the reason for the return is an unsuitable or damaged product.
4.5. Detailed information on the right of withdrawal is available on the PTAC website.
4.6. The money is refunded within 14 days after receiving the Product at the Seller's warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n5. Substandard goods and complaints<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
5.2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv<\/a>.
5.3. The complaint must include the order number, description of the defect and a photo.
5.4. The Buyer may request free repair or exchange.
5.5. A response is provided within 15 days.
5.6. The Seller may request the return of the Product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n6. Customer support<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
