Goods offered at Velo Outlets and www.velooutlets.com are provided with a 2-year warranty for a new bicycle or a 6-month warranty for a used bicycle.
The warranty is valid if the warranty card is presented.
The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects in quality.
If the product has the following problems during the warranty period, report it to us by writing to veikals@vienibasgatve.lv or by calling tel. no. +37128880123 , deliver the product together with the warranty card to the Velo Outlets store, Vienības gatve 165 A, Riga. A bike service specialist will check the bike and determine the cause of the damage. Free warranty repair will be carried out during the warranty period if a manufacturing defect is detected, in other cases the repair costs must be covered by the buyer.
In the case of paid repairs, you will be informed of the repair costs before starting the repair work.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please carefully familiarize yourself with the instructions for use of the product.
WARRANTY TERMS:
The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage to the product: punctured tires, damaged rims, discs, broken gear shifters, worn brake parts - brake pads, broken cables, etc., bent gear shifters, broken spokes, torn screw threads, scratches, visual defects, as well as other defects. which are obviously caused by careless use of the product.
The warranty does not apply to product design elements and accessories (stickers, luggage racks, baskets, etc.)
The manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty repair, and warranty repair may not be performed on products that have been found to have had arbitrary disassembly/change of parts or performed repairs for which there is no mark in the bicycle passport/warranty card.
If the buyer cannot present a valid warranty card, the warranty obligations are voided.
Warranty repair does not apply to product damage caused by fires, floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
Instructions for use:
The bicycle must undergo regular (at least once a year) full maintenance at a specialized bicycle service. Maintenance must be recorded in the bike passport.
If the bicycle has been used in the rain, ridden in mud or in any other way affected by moisture and sand, immediately after use all parts must be cleaned and treated with special oil intended for bicycle parts.
The bicycle must be stored in a dry place or it must be treated with special means so that the bicycle parts are not damaged during prolonged stay in wet rooms.
The bicycle is not intended for extreme sports, mtb or other types of bicycle competitions organized on professionally arranged tracks.
It is forbidden to arbitrarily change, remove or add spare parts to the bicycle.
For bicycles with speed shifters, the speeds may be changed only one step at a time (speed), while pressing the pedals, the speeds may not be changed when the bicycle is not in motion.
! After repair work, the bicycle is stored free of charge for a maximum of 3 full working days. For each subsequent day, a storage fee of 3.00 eur/ for each calendar day is applied!
