Orders and Delivery
How do I place an order in the online store?
You can place an order 24/7 by selecting a product and filling out the order form. You will need to provide a shipping address, phone number, and email address. Once the order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
What are the delivery options?
Delivery is provided:
– by courier to the specified address;
– to a parcel locker;
– when picking up at the store: 56 Ventas Street, Mārupe (access from Vienības Street).
Items are usually shipped the next business day after payment is received.
How long is the delivery time?
The average delivery time in Latvia is 1–2 business days upon receipt of payment.
What should I do if the packaging appears damaged upon delivery?
Any damage must be noted in the presence of the courier and reported immediately so that the issue can be resolved promptly.
Payments and Settlement
What are the payment options?
Available in the online store:
– payment cards;
– bank transfer (the invoice is sent by email);
– When picking up your order at the store, you can pay in cash or by card.
When does order processing begin?
Order fulfilment begins upon receipt of payment.
Returns and Exchanges
Can items be returned?
Yes, items can be returned within 14 days, in accordance with the terms of the distance contract:
– the item has not been used;
– is in its original packaging;
– all documents and components have been retained;
– the cancellation form has been completed.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect item has been received.
How do I request a return?
You can request a return by providing your order number, the reason for the return, and your preferred option (refund or exchange). You can hand the item over to a courier, send it by mail, or bring it to the store in person.
When is the refund issued?
Once the item has been received and inspected, the money will be refunded within 2 business days to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Complaints and Warranty
How do I file a complaint about a defective item?
Please send an email to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv, including the order number, a description of the defect, and a photo. Complaints are reviewed within 15 days.
What is the warranty on the bicycles?
New bicycles come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period is specified in the product description.
Bicycle Maintenance and Repair
Is there a bike repair service available?
Yes, we offer full bicycle maintenance, including tyre replacement, adjustments, and repairs. Service is available by appointment only.

Are gift cards available?
Yes — gift cards are available that can be used to purchase bicycles, accessories, or repair services.
How do I use a gift card?
The gift card can be used both online and in-store. At the time of purchase, you must enter the card code or present the card in-store.
