E-shop rules

By ordering goods on the website www.velooutlets.com, you agree to the terms of ordering, payment, delivery and return of goods of SIA "GJ Bikes", as well as the distance contract.

Placing an order

When placing an order, you must provide:
– delivery address;
– contact phone number;
– e-mail address.
We ensure the confidentiality of your data and processing in accordance with regulatory enactments and the Privacy Policy.

Order confirmation

Order confirmationAfter placing your order, you will receive an e-mail or text message with your order confirmation.
If you have not received the confirmation, check your "Spam" section.
If there is an error in the delivery data, contact us immediately: pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv.

Payment options

– payment cards;
– transfer (invoice is sent by e-mail);
– cash upon receipt of the product in the physical store at Ventas Street 56, Mārupe.
The order is initiated after receipt of payment.

Delivery

Delivery is provided to the address or parcel machine specified by the Buyer.
Delivery costs and estimated delivery time are displayed at the time of ordering.
The item is shipped after payment is received.

Right of withdrawal and return of goods

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Product within 14 days and return it, subject to the terms of the distance contract:
– The Product has not been used and is in the original packaging;
– The withdrawal form has been filled out;
– Proof of the Product and receipt has been saved.
The return costs are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is an unsuitable or damaged product.

Complaints and quality requirements

If the Product has quality defects, the Buyer may submit a complaint by writing to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv.
The order number, description of the defect and a photo must be attached to the complaint.
Complaints are reviewed within 15 days.

Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
If an agreement is not reached, the Buyer may apply to the CRPC, court or use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, delivery, invoicing and payment administration.
