Gift card terms and conditions

1. General information

1.1. The Gift Card is issued by Velo Outlets (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
1.2. The Gift Card is a means of payment intended only for payments in the Company's online store velooutlets.com.
1.3. The Gift Card does not have a nominal value of "money" and cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account.

2. Purchase and use of a gift card

2.1. A gift card can be purchased online by choosing the desired amount.
2.2. Each gift card has a unique code that must be entered at the time of purchase.
2.3. A gift card can be used for multiple purchases until its balance reaches €0.
2.4. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference can be paid with any other available payment method.

3. Derīguma termiņš

3.1. The validity period of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase.
3.2. After the expiry date, the gift card becomes invalid and the balance is not refunded.

4. Returns and exchanges

4.1. The purchase of a gift card is non-refundable – the money for the purchased gift card is not refunded.
4.2. If the purchase was partly paid for with a gift card and partly with another payment method, the refunded amount is divided according to the original payment ratio.

5. Delivery of the electronic gift card

5.1. Digital gift cards are sent to the email address provided by the buyer after payment confirmation.
5.2. The company is not responsible for an incorrectly provided email address. If necessary, contact customer support.

6. Loss or damage

6.1. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced with new ones.
6.2. If the customer allows someone else to use their gift card code, the Company is not responsible for this.

7. Other provisions

7.1. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of gift cards, informing about it in advance on its website.
7.2. Use of a gift card means the buyer's consent to these terms and conditions.
