• For used bicycles: 6-month warranty

•  The warranty is valid upon presentation of a valid warranty card and applies to damage caused by manufacturing defects.

Repairs under warranty are performed free of charge if a manufacturing defect is found. The buyer is responsible for the cost of repairs for any other type of damage.

Important:

• The warranty does not cover mechanical damage (flat tyres, worn brakes, scratches, etc.).
• The warranty does not cover design elements and accessories (stickers, luggage racks, baskets, etc.).
• The warranty is void if parts have been removed without authorization or if repairs have not been noted on the warranty card.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.

Instructions for use:

• Regular bicycle maintenance at least once a year at a specialized service center, with an entry in the bicycle's registration document.
• After rain or driving through mud, the parts should be cleaned and treated with a special oil.
• The bicycle should be stored in a dry place.
• Not intended for extreme sports or professional competitions.
• To shift gears, you must pedal while the bicycle is not in motion.

• Storage after repairs: The bicycle is stored until 3 business days free of charge; each subsequent day – 3 EUR.
