Distance agreement

This Distance Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is concluded between www.velooutlets.com the owner SIA “GJ Bikes”, reg. Ventas iela 56, Mārupe, LV-2167 (hereinafter - the Seller), and the buyer who is at least 14 years of age and places an order on the website www.velooutlets.com ("Buyer"). The Agreement applies to all purchases and orders placed on the Velo Outlets e-shop. It does not apply to purchases made in person in the shop.

1. General rules

1.1 The Buyer shall order, purchase and pay for, and the Seller shall supply, bicycles, accessories, spare parts and other goods ("Goods") in accordance with this Agreement.
1.2 The Customer shall place an order by completing the order form on the Website and providing correct personal and delivery details. In the event of any changes, the Buyer shall inform the Seller within 24 hours by writing to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv.
1.3 The placing of an Order shall constitute an offer by the Buyer to enter into a Contract for the purchase of the Goods.
1.4 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has carefully read and agrees to the terms of the Contract.
1.5 The Contract shall also apply to non-registered Buyers.

2. Purchase and delivery

2.1 The prices of the Goods are quoted in EUR including VAT. The price is final at the time of order.
2.2 Payment may be made by credit card or by bank transfer on receipt of a prepaid invoice.
2.3 Unless otherwise specified, the Buyer shall bear the costs of delivery.
2.4 Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with courier or parcel post tariffs.
2.5 Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer shall acknowledge receipt by signature or electronic confirmation.
2.6 Orders can be placed 24/7; orders are collected on weekdays from 9:00-17:00.
2.7 Execution of the Order shall commence upon receipt of payment. If no confirmation email is received, the order is not accepted.
2.8 The estimated time of delivery is indicated at the time of ordering and in the confirmation email.

3. Product quality and liability

3.1 Goods shall be deemed to be in conformity if they correspond to the description of the goods in the e-shop.
3.2 The visual appearance of goods may vary due to the nature of the screens of the devices.
3.3 Technical information is enclosed with each product.
3.4 If the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality, he shall have the right to return the Goods in accordance with the procedure established by the laws and regulations.

4. Right of withdrawal and return of goods

4.1 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt.
4.2 Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer shall inspect the Goods to ensure that they are of the quality and conform to the order.
4.3 If the Goods are incorrectly assembled, the Seller shall replace them free of charge.
4.4 The right of withdrawal shall be exercised if:
- The product is unused and undamaged;
- The product is in its original packaging;
- The Buyer completes the withdrawal form and sends it to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv;
- The Buyer shall bear the costs of return, except in cases where the return is due to an inadequate or defective product.
4.5 Detailed information on the right of withdrawal is available on the PTAC website.
4.6 The money shall be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the Goods at the Seller's warehouse.

5. Substandard goods and complaints

5.1 If the Goods are found to be defective, the Buyer shall be entitled to demand repair, replacement or refund.
5.2 Complaints should be submitted by e-mail pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv.
5.3 The complaint must contain the order number, a description of the defect and a photograph.
5.4 The Buyer may request a free repair or replacement.
5.5 The reply shall be given within 15 days.
5.6 The Seller may request the return of the Goods.

7. Final Provisions and Dispute Settlement

7.1 The Seller shall only be liable for direct damages.
7.2 The Seller shall have the right to modify the Contract.
7.3 The Contract shall remain in force until the obligations have been fulfilled.
7.4 Disputes shall be settled by negotiation or through the PTAC, the courts or the ODR platform.
7.5 If any clause is invalid, it shall not affect the remaining clauses.
7.6 The Seller may restrict access to the Site in the event of fraudulent conduct.

8. Processing of personal data

8.1 Personal data is processed for order fulfilment, delivery and billing purposes.
