Orders and delivery

You can order 24/7 by selecting an item and filling in the order form. You will need to provide a delivery address, telephone and email. After the order is placed, a confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided.

Delivery is assured:
- by courier to the address you specify;
- to the subcommittee;
in store: Ventas iela 56, Marupe (access from Vienības gatves).
Goods are usually dispatched the next working day after payment is received.

The average delivery time in Latvia is 1-2 working days upon receipt of payment.

The damage must be recorded by the courier and reported immediately so that the problem can be resolved promptly.

Payments and payment

Available in the e-shop:
- payment cards;
- bank transfer (invoice sent by email);
you can pay in cash or by card when you pick up your goods in-store.

Execution of the order is started on receipt of payment.

Return and exchange of goods

Yes, goods can be returned within 14 days, subject to the terms of the distance contract:
- not used;
- are in their original packaging;
- all documents and equipment are preserved;
- you have filled in the opt-out form.

The return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect goods.

You can request a return by specifying your order number, the reason and the solution you prefer (refund or exchange). You can return the goods by courier, by post or in store.

After receipt and inspection, the money is refunded within 2 working days to the same means of payment used to make the purchase.

Complaints and warranty

Send an email to pasutijumi@vienibasgatve.lv, including the order number, a description of the defect and a photo. Complaints are dealt with Within 15 days.

New bicycles are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which covers technical defects. The warranty period is specified in the product description.

Bike maintenance and service

Yes, full bike maintenance, tube changes, adjustments and repairs are available. Service is by appointment only.

Yes, a service can prepare your bike for the season, for heavy use or for a race.

Gift vouchers

Yes - gift vouchers are available to use towards the purchase of bikes, accessories or services.

You can use your gift voucher both in the e-shop and in person. You must enter the card code at the time of purchase or present it in store.
