Delivery
We ship items the next business day after receiving payment. Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Shipping methods:
- Courier service throughout Latvia – the bicycle is delivered in the original packaging, unassembled (unless otherwise agreed).
- Pick up in store – 56 Ventas Street, Mārupe (access from Unity Street).
Notes:
- At the time of delivery, the courier will contact you using the phone number provided in your order.
- Please ensure that the address is accessible and that someone is available by phone on the day of delivery.
- If you notice any damage to the packaging, please document it with the courier and notify us immediately.
Return of Goods
Online store www.velooutlets.com You can return the items you purchased within 14 days, in accordance with Regulations No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia dated May 30, 2002, “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.
How to request a return:
- Request a return for your order (please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and your preferred solution: exchange or refund).
- Prepare the item for safe shipping in its original packaging complete with all components and documentation.
- Please deliver the item:
- by email or with courier, or
- personally in the store Velo Outlets, 56 Ventas Street, Mārupe (access from Vienības Street).
Cost:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (postal service/courier).
Limitations on the right of withdrawal:
- Right of withdrawal is invalidif the item is used, damaged, or incomplete.
- The item must be returned clean, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
Refunds / Exchanges:
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within 2 business days to the same payment method you used for the purchase, or we will process exchange (your choice).
- If you choose to exchange the item, please specify the desired size/model.
Recommendations for a safe return:
- Pack the bicycle and its parts carefully to prevent them from being damaged during transport.
- Include order number and contact information in the shipment to speed up processing.
