Gift card terms

1. General information

1.1 The Gift Card shall be issued Velo Outlets ("the Company").
1.2 Gift Card means a payment instrument intended for payment only in the Company's online shop velooutlets.com.
1.3 The Gift Card is not “cash” and cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account.

2. Purchase and use of a gift voucher

2.1 You can purchase a gift voucher online by selecting your preferred amount.
2.2 Each gift card contains a unique code which must be entered at the time of purchase.
2.3 The Gift Card may be used for multiple purchases up to a balance of €0.
2.4 If the purchase amount exceeds the balance of the gift card, the difference may be paid by any other available payment method.

3. Period of validity

3.1 The Gift Card shall be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3.2 After the expiry date, the gift card becomes invalid and the balance is non-refundable.

4. Return and exchange

4.1 Purchase of a Gift Card is non-refundable - no refunds will be given.
4.2 If the purchase was partly paid for with a gift card and partly paid for with another payment method, the amount refunded will be split according to the original proportion of payments.

5. Electronic gift card delivery

5.1 Digital gift vouchers are sent to the email address provided by the buyer after payment has been confirmed.
5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any incorrect email address. If necessary, please contact customer support.

6. Loss or damage

6.1 Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
6.2 If the Customer allows someone else to use their Gift Card Code, the Company will not be liable for this.

7. Other provisions

7.1 The Company reserves the right to change the Gift Card Terms and Conditions by providing prior notice on its website.
7.2 The use of a Gift Card shall constitute the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
